From the selection process of a high quality quarry to on-time product delivery, our entire production process is vertically integrated for tight quality control and efficiency. All the equipment and processes in our works meet the highest quality requirements to produce high quality Calcium Carbonate.
After the raw material is extracted and sorted in the quarry, it is immediately transported to our factory nearby where it is sorted once more before going through the primary crushing process. Particle size distribution and product color are analyzed hourly by our quality control division.
In order for customers to receive our products promptly and efficiently, we work with a number of providers to ship our products all over the world. Be assured that our Sales team will liaise with you to coordinate production and deliveries, for prompt turnaround of orders.
Reliable and experienced, our roots in the industry go back nearly half a century to 1965, although it was not until 2005 that we formally incorporated as PT Bhumidana Indonesia.
